This Privacy Notice describes the ways in which we, The COVID Telegraph, delivered by Grey Hare Media Limited (‘Media’) collects, manages, process’s, store’s and share’s information about You as a result of You visiting this site or using our services, and your rights regarding it. Grey Hare Media Limited provides media support to national and international organisations and institutions, small and medium-sized businesses and private individuals. As an essential part of our services, we collect and manage client and non-client data. Specifically, we act as a “Data Controller” in respect of the information collected and processed by each of us. In addition, Media is a “Data Processor” for information collected.

Retaining Your Personal Data

Marketing Opt-Outs and Website Tracking
You may opt out of receiving emails and other messages from our organisation by following the instructions in those messages.
Geo-location tracking, which shows us where you are in the UK, is not used on this website.
If you believe we have done something irregular or improper with your personal data you can make a Complaint to the Data Protection Officer. You are entitled to seek compensation for any distress you are caused or loss you have incurred or seek the imposition of penalties for a data breach.
